Hannah Berner apologizes with Megan Tea Stallion.
The Giggly squad Podcast-Host received widespread recoil for her choice of words when interviewing the Grammy-winning rapper on the red carpet at Vanity exhibition‘s Oscar Afterparty on Sunday 2 March.
Less than a week later Berner, 33, broke her silence about the issue and gave an apologetic statement on her Instagram stories.
“Interviewing Megan Tea Stallion was a dream of mine. I love her music and it is my departure when I have to stimulate my self -confidence for a show,” she started. “Looking back on the interview, I wish I used another word, except” fight “to describe how her songs influence.”
“It was a carefree choice of words and although there was no bad intention, I acknowledge and acknowledge that what I said has a deeper meaning and I am so sorry for Megan. I appreciate everyone who brought this to my attention,” concluded the Summer house alum.

During the red carpet at Vanity exhibition‘S Oscar Afterparty, Berner spoke with the rapper next to her former Bravo Costar Paige Desorbo.
“I start my day with you and only you,” Desorbo, 32, the artist in reference to her music. Berner added: “No, your music literally has – if I want to fight someone, I listen to your music.”
Megan replied: “Because you want to throw those fights out of the window and you want to become cute and be a bad B —-.”
Berner added: “When people talk – T, I go:” Switch Megan Tea Stallion! “” She then noticed that she was a fan of Megan’s In her words Documentary that premiered on Amazon Prime Video in October 2024.

Viewers quickly responded to Berner’s word of words during the interview, in particular the use of her word “fighting” in collaboration with Megan’s music.
She quickly received a recoil, with many who say that her comments were “micro -aggressions” with “racist” undertone.

Megan has previously been pronounced about the messages behind her music. In March 2020 she broke the meaning behind her song “Bitch” during an interview with Genius and specifically spoke to her aversion to fighting.
